St. Stanislaus Kostka in Trunkelsberg

The Roman Catholic branch church of St. Stanislaus Kostka is located in the Upper Swabian village of Trunkelsberg . It is looked after by the parish of St. Ulrich in the Amendingen district of Memmingen .

The church, which stands at the intersection of Memmingerstrasse and Schwaighauserstrasse, was built in 1782 and consecrated to St. Stanislaus Kostka in 1784 . The church building was expanded in 1958. The building has a flat ceiling over a pilaster structure . The altar dates from the 18th century, but was renewed and supplemented in 1935. The side figures represent Saint Catherine and probably Saint Ursula . The Way of the Cross dates from 1784. A figure of the Virgin , which was created around 1490, comes from the church in the Apfeltrach district of Köngetried .
