The Catholic chapel of St. Valentine in Eichenbühl , a municipality in the Lower Franconian district of Miltenberg ( Bayern ), was originally built in the mid-13th century. The chapel at Hauptstrasse 158 is a protected monument .

description

The late Romanesque building was built around 1255. In the 14th century it was changed to the Gothic style. The former hospital chapel is a small building on a rectangular floor plan with a retracted semicircular apse . The stucco building with stone edges and -rahmungen has a gabled roof with short Freigespärre in the gable. There is a rooftop shed dormer with clock and a verschieferter roof skylights with hood roof .

Furnishing

From the church facilities , the resulting 1680 are altar and the wooden statue of St. Valentin from the second half of the 14th century is worth mentioning.
