The Stadium Tuanku Abdul Rahman is a football stadium with athletics track in the Malaysian Paroi in the state of Negeri Sembilan . It is the home of the Negeri Sembilan FA , which in the season 2018 in the highest league in the country plays. It was opened in 1992 and seats 45,000. The stadium was named after Abdul Rahman , the first Malaysian king .

history

For the 2004 Malaysian Sukuma Games in Negeri Sembilan , the stadium was renovated and expanded to its current size of 45,000 seats. The stadium hosted the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as the athletics competitions and the football tournament.

Because of the civil war in their own country , the Syrian national soccer team used the venue in the third qualifying round for the 2018 World Cup for their first two home games against South Korea and Iran , both of which ended 0-0. In addition, she played a friendly match against Singapore , which was won 2-0.
