The Malaysia Super League 2018 ( Liga Super Malaysia 2018 ), also called unifi Malaysia Super League 2018 ( unifi Liga Super Malaysia 2018 ) for sponsorship reasons , was the 15th season of the highest Malay football league . The season started with 12 teams on February 3, 2018 and ended on July 28, 2018. The defending champion was Johor Darul Ta'zim FC .
