Ritus Krjauklis (born April 23, 1986 in Ilūkste ) is a Latvian football player who plays for PKNP FC in Malaysia.

Career

society

Rite Krjauklis began his career in his hometown of Ilūkste . In the youth of FK Ilūkste, which is located in southeast Latvia, on the border with Lithuania , he played until 2002. From there he then moved to FC Dinaburg in their youth. In the 2006 season, the defender was under contract with FK Ventspils in Virslīga and was there, without having played a competitive game, Latvian champions. After the end of the season he came back to FC Dinaburg and stayed there for three seasons. In 2010 Krjauklis again returned to FK Ventspils and was able to win the Baltic League with the club from the port city of Ventspils . At the end of the 2010 season, Krjauklis moved to Azerbaijan for AZAL PFC Baku . At the club from the Premyer Liqası this signed a contract for two years, but moved back to Latvia to Liepājas Metalurgs after the end of the second half of the 2010/11 season . He stayed there for two years and in 2012 moved to the Golden Arrows in South Africa together with his teammate from Liepāja Pāvels Šteinbors . After just one season at the club from Durban , Krjauklis moved to Ajax Cape Town .

National team

Ritus Krjauklis has been playing for the Latvian national football team since 2009 . He made his debut in the international match against Bulgaria in August 2009 in Sofia . With Latvia he took part in the 2010 Baltic Cup in Lithuania and finished second behind the host.
