Career

Clubs

In his youth he played for Svay Rieng FC , where he should have his first appearances in his further career. In summer 2012 he then moved to Boeung Ket FC, where he should experience his most successful period. At the end of it 116 goals in 99 missions should be.

Successful time at Boeung

On August 1, 2015, he scored all 6 goals in his team's 6-0 win over Asia Euro United . Before that, on July 11th, he also scored a total of 8 goals in a 12-2 win against Kirivong Sok Sen Chey FC . This was the highest number of any single Cambodian player in the league. He also scored a total of 16 goals in the first 8 games of the 2015 season . In the semifinals of the Mekong Club Championship 2015 he scored all 3 goals for his team in a 3-2 win over the Vietnamese club Becamex Bình Dương . Which finally made it possible for his club to make it to the final. Nevertheless, the final was then lost 1-0 to the Thai club Buriram United . However, he still finished the tournament with 5 goals as the top scorer . He was also voted the best player of the tournament. He finished the 2015 season in the league with 35 goals. Overall, he came across all competitions on 55 goals. These were the most of all Southeast Asian players.

In his first game of the 2016 season, he scored a hat trick in under five minutes against CMAC FC ; Boeung won the game 6-0 in the end. In a game against Svay Rieng on May 21st, he turned the game around for his team by scoring a goal in minutes 85th, 89th and 90th + 3 and his team won 3-1. The first goal, a bold left-footed volley from a cross, is named as one of the best goals of the season. He would finish as top scorer again this season, this time with a final score of 22 goals. Nevertheless, he and his team were only able to win the championship with only one point difference on the last day of the match.

In January 2017 he was loaned out again to the Fujiyeda MYFC in the Japanese J3 League . There he also got his now iconic number 11 but never made a start and was only substituted on once in the last minute of a game.

Time after that

In December 2017 he joined the Pahang FA in the run-up to the 2018 Malaysian Super League season . On May 8, 2018, he was fired from his club due to poor performance.

This then returned to Cambodia to join his former successful club Boeung Ket. From there he went back to Malaysia in January 2019 on the basis of a free contract , this time to PKNS FC . There he was no longer assigned the number 11 on his jersey, but 29. So CV11 became CV29 . Overall, he was more successful here with 3 goals in 18 appearances than at Pahang. In summer 2019 he went back to Boeung.
