The Cambodian U-23 national soccer team is a selection team of Cambodian soccer players . It is subordinate to the Cambodian football association FFC and represents it internationally at the U-23 level , for example in friendly matches against the teams of other national associations, at U-23 Asian championships as well as the football tournaments of the Summer Olympics and the Southeast Asian Games .
So far, the team has not been able to qualify for the Olympic football tournament or the U-23 Asian Cup. Cambodia took part in the Southeast Asian Games nine times but never got beyond the group stage.
Eligible to play are players who have not yet reached the age of 23 and who have Cambodian citizenship .
