The Indonesian U-23 national soccer team is a selection team of Indonesian soccer players . It is subordinate to the Indonesian Football Association PSSI and represents it internationally at the U-23 level , for example in friendly matches against the teams of other national associations, at U-23 Asian championships and the football tournaments of the Summer Olympic Games , the Asian Games and the Southeast Asian Games .

So far, the team has not been able to qualify for the Olympic football tournament or the U-23 Asian Cup. At the Southeast Asian Games in 2011 and 2013 , the team won the silver medal. Indonesia took part in the Asian Games three times and made it to the round of 16 in 2014 and 2018 .

Eligible to play are players who have not yet reached the age of 23 and who are Indonesian citizens .
