Stanisław Łazarski (born November 30, 1849 in Jeleśnia , † November 18, 1938 in Witkowice ) was a Polish lawyer, politician, member of the Galician State Parliament and the Austrian House of Representatives .

Stanisław Łazarski was a son of Józef and Weronika (Szwed). His brothers were Józef (1854-1924) and Mieczysław (1852-1930). Before 1863 he attended a grammar school in Cracow. In 1863 he took part in the January uprising . In the years 1868–1869 he attended philosophical studies in Lemberg , then until 1871 legal studies at the Jagiellonian University, 1871–1872 in Vienna , then also in Graz . In 1880 he opened his own law firm in Biała (now Bielsko-Biała ) and in 1883 in Wadowice .

In 1908 he was a defense attorney in the famous Wanda Krahelska-Filipowicz trial .

He was a member of the Galician state parliament from the Biała district in 1901–1906, after the death of Stanisław Stojałowski (1912–1913) and 1913–1914 and the Austrian House of Representatives in 1907–1911 and 1911–1918 as a representative of the electoral district Galicia 18 .
