In the second half of the 1994/95 season, the attacker was loaned to the then second division club FC Karviná-Vítkovice and then returned to Bohemians. In the summer of 1996 he moved to SK České Budějovice , after only one year he moved on to Sigma Olomouc , in the 1999/2000 season he achieved his final breakthrough with 13 goals. Vlček was tested by Lokomotiv Moscow in mid-2003, but did not move to Russia until six months later when he was signed by Dynamo Moscow . The coach of Dynamo at that time was the Czech Jaroslav Hřebík . After half a year Vlček, who can also be used in attacking midfield, went back to the Gambrinus league and joined Slavia Prague .
