Stefan Fellner

Stefan Fellner (born May 18, 1986 in Ravensburg , Baden-Württemberg ) is a former German ice hockey player .

Career

Fellner first got on the ice when he was three years old. He started playing ice hockey at the age of five and later worked his way up at EV Ravensburg . Since the 2002/03 season , Stefan Fellner was part of the first team of EV Ravensburg, where he also came to the second team in the 2004/05 season, and was from the 2005/06 season to the 2006/07 season equipped with a support license from the Hamburg Freezers .

In July 2008 he also trained for a short time with the Adler Mannheim with the DEL team. Many saw in him a growing national player. After repeatedly suffering from serious injuries since the 2004/05 season , but repeatedly returning to the ice, he ended his career as a competitive athlete in early 2009 after an injury to his left shoulder.

Stefan's sister Susanne played for the German national ice hockey team for many years .
