Career

Like his brother Michael , who is two years younger than him , Stefan Hayböck jumped for the UVB Hinzenbach , but was not as successful as the young generation. It was not until the 2010/11 season that he made his first appearances in the World Cup, when he was able to qualify for the last two competitions in the course of the Four Hills Tournament and achieved his best World Cup result with 40th place in Bischofshofen.

At the Austrian championships in Hinzenbach in October 2010 , he won the silver medal in the team competition with the Upper Austria team. Two years later in Villach, Hayböck even won the Austrian national championship title in the team competition.

On September 15, 2012, he was able to jump on the podium in this competition for the first time in third at the Continental Cup competition in Tchaikovsky, Russia . In March 2014, Hayböck played his last international competitions and then ended his active career.
