Stefan Hempel (born July 13, 1974 in Nuremberg ) is a German sports presenter and commentator.

Life

Hempel grew up in the Fürth district and studied business administration at the Nuremberg University of Applied Sciences . In 1996 he became a permanent editor at Funkhaus Nürnberg and later head of sports there. He then started working as a presenter at Radio Gong 97.1 Nuremberg in 1998 . In 2002 he switched to Radio Gong in the Funkhaus Regensburg, where he was program director until 2006. From 2006 Stefan Hempel moderated at Radio Gong Munich.

In 2006 he also started working as a sports commentator and reporter for Sky Deutschland in Munich. In the years that followed, Hempel commented and moderated the Bundesliga , 2nd Bundesliga , UEFA Champions League , UEFA Europa League and Wimbledon as well as shows such as Saturday Live! and EinsEins - The standpoint talk . In addition, he moderated the Stefan Hempel Show at Radio Fantasy in Augsburg .

Since July 2016, Stefan Hempel has been part of the radio Arabella team of moderators.
