The Stellerskuppe is 481  m above sea level. NN the highest mountain in the Kirchheimer Bergland and belongs to the Hersfeld-Rotenburg district in northern Hesse , Germany .

Geographical location

The Stellerskuppe rises in the northern part of the Kirchheimer Bergland in the triangle between Reckerode , east of Bad Hersfeld and south of the community of Neuenstein .

Former lookout tower

There used to be a wooden observation tower on the Stellersgruppe.
