The Stellihorn is 3436 m above sea level. M. high mountain of the Weissmies group in the Valais Alps . It stands relatively isolated east of the Mattmark reservoir in the rear Saas Valley .
The summit is reached from the dam of the reservoir in about 4 hours on a pathless ascent over the western ridge. You pass the pre-summit "Stelli" and arrive at the main summit in a ridge climb of difficulty II (UIAA) .
