Stephan Suschke (* 1958 in Weimar ) is a German theater director , artistic director and author.

Life

Suschke studied theater studies at the Humboldt University in Berlin from 1982 , graduating in 1987 with a diploma. He then worked until 1990 as a dramaturge at the Greifswald Theater . Jochen Schanotta from Georg Seidel was one of Georg Seidel's own directing work at this time .

In the late 1980s and early 1990s he worked closely with Heiner Müller in his productions at the Deutsches Theater Berlin .
