Stephen Hector Youssef Doueihi (born June 25, 1927 in Zgharta , † December 17, 2014 ) was Bishop of Saint Maron in Brooklyn .

Life

Stephen Hector Youssef Doueihi was ordained a priest for the Eparchy of Batrun on August 14, 1955 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Saint Maron in Brooklyn on November 11, 1996 .

The Maronite Patriarch of Antioch and the whole of the Orient , Nasrallah Pierre Cardinal Sfeir , donated him episcopal ordination on January 11 of the following year ; Co- consecrators were Francis Mansour Zayek , Bishop Emeritus of Saint Maron of Brooklyn, and Joseph Mohsen Béchara , Archbishop of Archeparchy Antelien .

On January 10, 2004, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
