Steven Caethoven (born May 9, 1981 in Ghent ) is a former Belgian cyclist .

Steven Caethoven started his career in 2004 with the Belgian cycling team Vlaanderen-T Interim . In his first year he won the one-day race Brussels-Ingooigem , as well as one stage each in the Regio Tour and the Tour de l'Avenir . The next year he won the first stage of the Saxony Tour and thus took over the leader's jersey for one day. In the 2006 season he had some good top ten placements, including at the Eneco Tour and the GP La Marseillaise . He also won the last stage of the Rhineland-Palatinate Tour to Kaiserslautern . In 2007 he decided a stage of the Tour Down Under for himself, in 2008 and 2008 one stage of the Tour de Normandie . In 2013 he ended his cycling career.
