The Stilaro (historically: Elleporus ) is a Fiumara in southern Italy .

It flows in the metropolitan city of Reggio Calabria ( Region Calabria ) from northwest to southeast through the village Pazzano and through the towns of Bivongi , Stilo and Monasterace . The mouth of the river is in the Ionian Sea , part of the Mediterranean Sea .
