Stipan Jakic , also Jakić , (born May 3, 1978 in Mainz ) is a former German football player. He was mainly active in the Rhine-Main area .

Jakic joined the youth team of 1. FSV Mainz 05 in 1985 and went through all ages. As an eighteen-year-old, he first played for the Mainz professionals in the 1996/97 second division season and by the end of the 1999/2000 season he played a total of eleven games in the second-highest German division, but played mainly in the second-team league . He was used in various positions in attack, midfield and defense. In the second half of the 2000/01 season he played eight times in the Regionalliga Süd for SV Wehen and then returned to Mainz. However, he was no longer included in the professional team and joined the regional league team Schweinfurt 05 in 2002 .

In 2005 a brief engagement at TuS Koblenz followed ; in the same year he moved to the Oberliga Hessen for SV Erzhausen and in 2006 for TSG Wörsdorf . After a period of non-membership, he played for FV Biebrich 02 , Viktoria Urberach and - finally back in Mainz - for Fortuna Mombach until 2011. Another season as a player at Fortuna Mombach has been recorded for the 2014/15 season; In the 2015/16 season he was a player and coach at Vitesse Mayence.

Jakic is a member of the traditional team of Mainz 05.
