The Stockbach is a brook in the district of Mansfeld-Südharz .

It rises west of Greifenhagen from a pipe on the edge of a field and forms the border between fields in the following course. Here there are small holes in the ground from which you can hear splashing. The landscape in the upper reaches quickly drops, another short stream then flows into it. Then he passes the Stockdorf desert . In front of the bridge on the road from Leimbach to Ritterode , several rivulets begin next to the brook, which flow together and apart until they finally flow into the Stockbach. In the following it often winds and flows over many small waterfalls through a forest with a lot of broken wood. Flood damage can be seen on the left. Then it flows past a rock and under the Stockbach Bridge on Bundesstrasse 180 , built in 2005 . In Großörner it flows into the Wipper.
