Stojan Belajić (born April 17, 1969 in Rijeka , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a former Yugoslav football player on the position of a defender .

Career

Belajić began his career in his birthplace at HNK Rijeka . This was followed by a two-year stay at FK Austria Wien , where he played a total of 48 games in the Austrian Bundesliga . He then played for União Leiria for two years before being signed by FC Energie Cottbus in 1998 . There he only came to a few appearances in the second Bundesliga. This was followed by stays in Greece with Apollon Smyrnis , for which he appeared 29 times, and in Switzerland with FC Luzern .
