The Storsåtklubben ( Norwegian for Big flail is) a 5 km long ridge in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the middle Petermann chain of the Wohlthat massif, it rises 8 km northeast of the rock island .
He was discovered and photographed from the air during the German Antarctic Expedition in 1938/39 under the direction of polar explorer Alfred Ritscher . Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped it on the basis of aerial photographs and measurements of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
