Kronhobl is a place in the municipality of Waidhofen an der Ybbs in Lower Austria .

The scattered settlement Kronhobl is located northeast of Waidhofen on a ridge, the highest point of which is called Schobersberg and which extends to St. Leonhard am Walde . The settlement consists of the village of Kronhobl on a flattened area on the northern slope and several individual layers, which are also located on the northern slope of the ridge, as well as the hamlet of Windhag on the ridge. Kronhobl used to be a quarry where grindstones were made.
