Oberlinstrasse

Johann Friedrich Oberlin was a pastor and social pioneer from Alsace . He improved agriculture, built bridges and roads together with farmers and founded several industrial companies. Schools for small children were also set up on his initiative.

Oberlinstrasse is an extension of Heinrich-Caro-Strasse in the south of Oppau.

Oggersheimer Strasse

The Oggersheimer Straße leads from the Maxdorfer Straße in Ruchheim to Oggersheim and changes its name to Ruchheimer Straße after crossing the federal highway 650 on Oggersheimer district.

The section between Schlossstrasse and Pfalzgartenstrasse was originally called Sieben-Bauern-Gasse. In this area, gabled houses from the 19th century dominate, which give a clear picture of a rural street of that time.
