The Strasburgeriaceae are a family of flowering plants (Magnoliopsida), which consists of only two genera with one species each.

features

The two species are characterized by the following common features: At least in the flowers cells with thickened, slimy inner tangential walls; needle-shaped crystals; spirally Asked leaves with glandular-toothed edges; large flowers with spiral calyx; flat filaments; Anthers over three millimeters long. Systematics
