Studio near
Studio Nahe , also called domradio Studio Nahe , is a local radio broadcaster in Bretzenheim in Rhineland-Palatinate . The station is the first local radio in Rhineland-Palatinate that is operated by a parish (Catholic parish Bretzenheim- Langenlonsheim ). It broadcasts from the Bretzenheim church tower on VHF 87.9, from Kuhberg Bad Kreuznach via DAB + on channel 12a and on the Internet (studio-nahe.de).
The transmitter
Studio Nahe transmits services from the cath. Church Bretzenheim and Langenlonsheim, the volunteer team also produces various local articles such as event information, news from the region, etc. s. w.
From July 1, 2007 to April 2019, Studio Nahe domradio took over the main program Monday through Friday. Until June 30, 2007, Klassik Radio served as the main program.
Since April 2019, the volunteer team has been producing most of the program itself. At 6 am and 10 pm, the prayer is taken over by domradio, and at noon at 12.30 pm, the Vatican Radio broadcasts daily news. From Monday to Friday, Studio Nahe takes over NovumFM from Heinsberg from 6 to 10 p.m. NovumFM offers selected moderated music programs in the evening.
In 2016 the license was extended by the LMK RLP for a further 10 years. Studio Nahe has been broadcasting in its own DAB + multiplex from Kuhberg Bad Kreuznach in a test mode since April 2019.
According to the broadcaster, the radio broadcast of the services should enable elderly and sick people to celebrate the service with the congregation.
Transmission area
Since June 26, 2006 , Studio Nahe has been broadcasting on the frequency 87.9 MHz with a transmission power of 0.05 kW (vertical broadcast) in the region from Bad Kreuznach to Bingen am Rhein . The transmitting antenna is below the steeple of the Church of St. Mary's Birth. In November 2008 , the transmission power was increased to 0.15 kW to improve reception in the peripheral areas.
