Stylonuridae is a family of the suborder Stylonurina from the order of the sea ​​scorpions (Eurypterida).

features

In the species from the Stylonuridae family, the posterior margin of the metastoma was flattened or blunt. The prosomal limbs II to IV were spiny ( Ctenopterus type), however, V and VI had no spines ( pageA type). The opisthosoma was undifferentiated.

Locations

Representatives of the Stylonuridae family have been found in North America ( New York State ) and Europe ( England and Scotland ).
