Sumqayıt PFK is an Azerbaijani football club from Sumqayıt . The club currently plays in the first Azerbaijani league.

history

In May 2011 the club replaced Abşeron Futbol Klubu , which went bankrupt, and got Absheron's place in the Premyer Liqası via a wildcard . After the rise, the club from Sumqayıt signed players from the U-19 and U-21 national team of Azerbaijan.
