The film tells about a group of LAPD police officers who do their job on motorcycles. Chic Chesbro is not just a cop, he's also a rock musician. His grandfather was an influential film agent. Chic is divorced.
Chic finds a truck with money. His unit seeks the owner of the money. It turns out that the money belongs to terrorists who kidnap and kill a police officer. You will then be rendered harmless.
