Superfighter 2 ( The Fearless Hyena Part II ) is an action and martial arts film with Jackie Chan, produced in Hong Kong in 1983 . It is the continuation of Two Rascals in the Bone Mill .

action

The story is about two brothers, Lung and Chi-Pei Chan, who belong to the Yin-Yang clan . They want to avenge the death of their father, who was murdered by the warring clan devils of heaven and earth . You have to realize that behind the assassination was actually General Yen from the first part, who was resurrected. After long struggles they can finally defeat him.

Controversy with Lo Wei

Jackie Chan directed the film as a favor for Lo Wei, who let him go to the production company Golden Harvest . However, the enmity of both broke out again very soon, whereupon Chan left the production after a third of the shooting. Lo Wei then had the film partly shot with a double, other parts he cut together from unused material from the first part. In addition, Lo Wei tried to offend Jackie Chan by describing him in the soundtrack as a "small-eyed, thick-nosed guy with hair like a monkey". Jackie Chan tried to take legal action against the film's release; it then came to a comparison between Golden Harvest and Lo Wei, in which this retained the rights to all Jackie-Chan films. Nonetheless, Lo Wei subsequently incited the triads on Jackie Chan, who only escaped through the mediation of his friend Jimmy Wang Yu, for whom he later turned Fantasy Mission Force out of gratitude . However, the film turned out to be a financial flop.
