Sureewan Runan gained her first experience in international competitions at the 2013 Asian Youth Games in Nanjing , where she finished fifth in the 400-meter run in 56.85 s. Two years later she took part in the Asian Championships in Wuhan over 100 meters , but was eliminated there with 12.41 s in the first round. In 2016, she won the Thai 4 x 100 meter relay at the Junior Asian Championships in Ho Chi Minh City and thus qualified for the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland, in which she was eliminated with 45.89 s in the lead. In 2018 she took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time with the relay and finished fourth in 44.56 s. The following year she retired from the Summer Universiade in Naples over 200 meters with 25.33 s in the first round and finished sixth in the relay in 45.23 s.
