Susana also Suzana , is a location in the northwest corner of Guinea-Bissau 1507 inhabitants in two districts, predominantly the animistic ethnicity of Felupe belonging, with a Muslim minority.
The place is in the administrative sector of São Domingos in the Cacheu region .
It is the most important place in the sector after São Domingos. Here u. a. a health station, a barracks for the Guinea-Bissau armed forces and a Catholic mission.

Susana is located 41 km west of São Domingos and 12 km east of the coastal town of Varela . A non-asphalt road (clay track) runs from São Domingos through Susana to Varela.
There is an airfield with the ICAO code GGVR in nearby Varela .
