Susann Enders

Susann Enders (born January 10, 1967 in Quedlinburg ) is a German politician ( Free Voters ), Member of the Bavarian State Parliament and Secretary General of Free Voters Bavaria.

Career

Susann Enders is a trained nurse and has been working as a surgical nurse at the professional association accident clinic in Murnau since 1996 . She also works as a children's book author.

In the state election on October 14, 2018 , she received 15.3% of the first votes in the Weilheim-Schongau constituency ; on the list of the constituency of Upper Bavaria , she received the fourth most votes (with eight free voters). Enders is also a member of the Committee on Labor and Social Affairs, Youth and Family and a member of the Committee on Health and Care.

Enders has been Secretary General of Free Voters since May 10, 2019.

Enders lives in Weilheim in Upper Bavaria ; she is married with three children and one grandchild.

Volunteering

Enders is particularly involved in health and social policy and environmental protection. She is also committed to the implementation of inclusion and accessibility. She has been a member of the city council of Weilheim and the district council of the Weilheim-Schongau district since May 1, 2014 . Among other things, she works on a voluntary basis as district chairwoman Oberland of the social association VdK and disability officer of Weilheim. With the Free Voters she is district chairman for Weilheim-Schongau and deputy district chairwoman for Upper Bavaria .
