Susanna Wellenbrink (born November 23, 1974 in Munich ) is a German actress .

Life

Career

The daughter of the actor Egon Wellenbrink made her first television appearance at the age of eight in the series Crime Lesson . At the age of 12, she became known with a leading role in the series The Happy Family (1987-1991, alongside Maria Schell , Siegfried Rauch , Maria Furtwängler ). In 1993 Susanna Wellenbrink received the Golden Camera ( Lilli Palmer memory camera ) as the best young German actress for the leading role of Anja Heinze in the TV drama Mutter at 16 . She also played this role in 1995 in the sequel Mother at 18 . Later, she played among others in the ARD - soap opera Marienhof the role of Elena Zirkowski from 1996 to 1998.
