Susanne Kluge-Paustian (* 4. March 1966 as Susanne Rehbein in Hannover ) is a German journalist , television presenter , reporter and coach.

Life

After graduating from high school, Susanne Kluge completed a two-year training as a medical-technical radiology assistant (MTRA) at the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein . She then studied German and Romance languages ​​at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel and completed a TV traineeship at SAT.1 in 1991 . Until 1997 she worked at SAT.1 for the regional program as a presenter, editor and reporter. In addition, she worked as a radio presenter for Radio Schleswig-Holstein . In 1994, she supplemented her training with studies in dance, singing, speaking and acting at the Stage School of Music, Dance and Drama, Hamburg.

In 1997 the television journalist switched to the culture department of NDR television in Hamburg as a presenter and writer , moderated Nordzeit and the cultural journal and made contributions to the program DAS! . This was followed by five years of moderation for Deutsche Welle TV in Berlin and activities as a reporter and spokesperson for Pro7 in Munich. Since 2005 Susanne Kluge has worked as a freelance journalist, author and presenter for the NDR health magazine Visite   as an author behind the camera. Since 2009 she has been the second presenter of the program Visite alongside Vera Cordes . In Visite- Team Susanne Kluge also one of the reporters for operation life. As part of the ARD theme week Zum Glück , she conceived and shot a report on MutMachMenschen in 2013 .

The television journalist has also been a member of the tagesschau24 moderator team since 2017 and presents the business news on the ARD digital channel.

Private

Susanne Kluge-Paustian lives with her family near Hamburg. She dances, trained as a Nia teacher in 2004 and is a licensed Nia Black Belt trainer.

Awards

Susanne Kluge was awarded the Herta Seebaß Media Prize 2009/2010 as a journalist.
