Susanne Wheels-Grossmann
Susanne Fahrrad-Großmann , née Eulitz (born December 1, 1901 in Penig , Saxony , † November 9, 1971 in Berlin ) was a German politician ( SPD ).
Susanne Eulitz did an apprenticeship as a chemical engineer and also worked in this profession. In 1926 she joined the SPD and was elected as a district councilor in the Berlin district of Steglitz during the Weimar Republic .
After the Second World War , Susanne Fahrrad-Großmann was active again for the SPD and was elected to the district assembly in Berlin-Steglitz in the first Berlin election in 1946 . In the following election in 1948 she was elected to the city council of Greater Berlin . In the 1950 election she ran unsuccessfully for the Berlin House of Representatives , but due to the sudden death of Ernst Reuter , she was able to move up in October 1953. Four weeks later, the chairman of the SPD parliamentary group, Franz Neumannräder-Großmann, asked to leave parliament in order to make room for Georg Meyer (1889–1968) , who would then succeed him . She complied with this request and after the elections from 1954 to 1963 she was again district councilor in Steglitz.
