The Suusamyrtoo ( Kyrgyz Суусамыртоо ) is a mountain range in the fields of Jalalabad and Naryn in Kyrgyzstan .
The Suusamyrtoo is part of the Tienschan mountain system in Central Asia . The mountain range extends between the course of the Naryn in the south and that of the Suusamyr in the north over a length of 125 km in an east-west direction. The Talas-Alatau joins in the northwest . The river valley of the Kökömeren limits the Suusamyrtoo to the east. The maximum height is 4048 m . The Kyrk Kys Pass crosses the mountain range in a south-west-north-east direction at an altitude of 3223 m . The Suusamyrtoo consists mainly of granite and mica slate from the Old Paleozoic . The mountain range is partially glaciated . The western part of the mountain is cut by the Tschytschkan .
