Suzuki GSX 750 E / ES / EF

The Suzuki GSX 750 E / ES / EF is a motorcycle from the Japanese manufacturer Suzuki that was built in several versions.

Introduced in Japan in 1983 with a revised line and engine. The predecessor model GSX 750 E (GS75X) as well as the Katana series have installed the predecessor motor. In the GSX 750 E / ES / EF is the modified engine with the 16-valve " TSCC " head. Slight changes in the years 1983–1986 are among others. a. extended wheelbase, power increase from 63 to 66 kW, half-shell fairing (ES), from 1984 with full-shell (EF). While the old katanas were still cushioned by two external shock absorbers via a tubular frame swing arm, the GSX 750 E / ES / EF was equipped with a central spring strut and box swing arm.

In Germany (and Europe) the sports tourer was sold very successfully as the GSX 750 ES (and less often as the EF), in Japan a. a. offered as "New Katana". But there with a gold-colored frame and white paintwork and folding headlights.

A special model called the GS 700 E was manufactured for the USA
