Sven Christ
Sven Christ (born December 9, 1973 in Biel / Bienne ) is a former Swiss football player and current coach .
Christ started his career at FC Biel . From the 2003/04 season he played as a central defender at FC Aarau in the Axpo Super League , for which he had already worked from 1994 to 1997 and 1998/99. He had a contract until 2007 and, after the club had successfully received the league, extended it by one year to 2008. Christ was the captain of the first team.
In the 2008/09 season Christ was coach at the 2nd league interregional club FC Sursee . For the 2009/10 season he switched to the first division club FC Schötz as a coach . In June 2010 he became head coach at SC Cham . From September 2012 to July 2014 he worked as a trainer for FC Baden . He then took over from René Weiler at FC Aarau in the Raiffeisen Super League .
