Sven Goertz

Sven Görtz (born November 13, 1967 in Höhn , Westerwald ) is a German audio book speaker , writer and singer-songwriter .

Life

Görtz studied philosophy , English and German at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen . Görtz has read numerous classics from German and international literature as audio books. Among other things, he published a complete literary reading of the Bible . Görtz was honored from the HR2 audio book best list for his one-man production of the radio play Unter dem Milchwald by Dylan Thomas , in which he interpreted over 30 different characters. Sven Görtz has been reading the German-language audio books by world bestselling author Paulo Coelho for Diogenes Verlag since 2008 .

In 2010 Görtz appeared for the first time with love ... is a special form of mental illness as a book author. He toured for three years with the live program of the same name. In 2013, the first crime novel by Goertz was titled Because a dead body in the well in Emons Verlag . The volume around the two investigators Chief Inspector Christoph Rubin and journalist Carl Bernstein is the first episode of a crime series that takes place in the fictional city of Bad Löwenau. The books Da wir den Salat (2013) and Die Prophezeiung von Bad Löwenau (2014) followed.

He is also regularly on tour with various literary and musical stage programs in Germany , Austria and Switzerland . He writes his novels in German and his songs in English. After his stage programs Klassik is if you laugh anyway (2005–2009), The literary cabaret (2009–2012) and Love… is a special form of mental illness (2010–2013), Sven Görtz has been with his program Wo war ich since 2012 stopped? - The literary concert on tour. Since February 2013, Sven Görtz has also been on the road with the staged reading of his crime novels (Die Krimi-Show mit Musik) in German-speaking countries.
