The Sykow Glacier ( Russian Ледник Зыкова Lednik Sykowa ) is a 40 km long valley glacier on the Pennell coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the Anare Mountains in a north-westerly direction to Somow Sea , which it reaches between Cape Williams at the end of the Buell Peninsula and the Cooper Bluffs .
Participants in a Soviet Antarctic expedition photographed it in 1958 and named it after the navigator Yevgeny Sykov, who died on this research trip on February 3, 1957.
