Sylvie Tabesse

Sylvie Catherine Tabesse (born December 5, 1964 ) is a French diplomat .

Career

From 1982 to 1986 Tabesse studied at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne . She obtained another degree from the University of Panthéon-Assas from 1986 to 1987.

Tabesse became a diplomat in the service of the European Union . She was Head of Operations in Mozambique before handing over her accreditation as Ambassador of the European Union to East Timor to President Taur Matan Ruak on September 27, 2012 . She was also the head of the European Union delegation there. On July 15, 2016, she was adopted in her functions in East Timor. Alexandre Leitão followed her .
