Synaptophyllum juttae is a recumbent to prostrate, annual , herbaceous plant that branches out from its base and has fibrous roots . The herbaceous internodes contain additional vascular bundles in their bark . Your epidermis is smooth. The flat, rounded or oval leaves are arranged cross-opposite. The leaves of a pair of leaves have grown together to form a disc or a cone. The upper leaves are significantly smaller and free. There are no enlarged central water-storing cells. The epidermis of the deciduous leaves is smooth or contains small mesomorphic bladder cells on the edges . The cuticle folds form a network-like structure.

The flowers form cymes . They have a diameter of up to 15 millimeters. The four sepals are fused into a short tube. The petals are white and free. There are no thread-like staminodes , the nectaries are narrow.

The four-compartment capsule fruits have flap wings. The capsule fruits contain whitish seeds with a smooth seed coat .
