Témiscouata is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Bas-Saint-Laurent and consists of 19 subordinate administrative units (three cities, twelve municipalities and four districts). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac . The population is 21,291 and the area 4028.80 km², which corresponds to a population density of 5.3 inhabitants per km².
