Téteghem ( Dutch Tetegem ) is a former commune with last 6,952 inhabitants (2013) in Nord , in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belonged to the canton of Dunkerque-Est in the Arrondissement of Dunkerque . The residents call themselves Téteghemois .

With effect from January 1, 2016 Coudekerque-Village was merged with Téteghem to form a Commune nouvelle under the name Téteghem-Coudekerque-Village .
