Cassie works in a sleep research lab . She is the assistant of Dr. One. When they want to present their newly developed sleeping sickness drug, the test subjects die. When the test dogs also die, Cassie believes in sabotage. She has to flee because she has to deal with corrupt police officers and no longer knows who to trust.
