TET sheets

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

TET-Blätter , later Leibniz-Blätter , was the title of the first employee magazine in Germany . The journal was published from 1911 and, as Leibniz-Blätter , from 1912 by the Bahlsen company in Hanover . The company magazine, with which company founder Hermann Bahlsen wanted his employees to participate in the company's progress as early as the German Empire , was initially viewed as "something absolutely sensational". From the beginning, the paper was a reflection of the company as well as of the time.

history

On the one hand, the Leibniz papers were intended to serve as a link between the company management and all employees, and on the other, to motivate the workers to undertake further training , while at the same time providing substantial entertainment. Numbers and data from company activities, individual successes of employees identified by name, for example in successful attempts or individually described sales campaigns were disclosed. There were reports about the respective buyer clientele, but also about “ biscuit ” experiences of groups such as the migratory birds and advertising campaigns on the occasion of stationed or passing zeppelins . The artists and cultural workers signed for Bahlsen such as Mela Köhler , Aenne Koken , Heinrich Mittag , Walter Kersting , Julius Diez , Paula Lübbers , Georg Herting , Ludwig Vierthaler , Peter Behrens , Karl Klaus , Emanuel Josef Margold , Ludwig Hohlwein , Carl Otto Czeschka , Karl Siebrecht or Carl Bernhart were listed. In addition to articles by well-known authors, the “Personal Life” section also contained information and advice on the problems of everyday life.

After the Second World War , the Leibniz-Blätter appeared from 1956 up to issue 2 from 1989 with the subtitle Werkzeitung of H. Bahlsen's Keksfabrik KG , until 1990 as Bahlsen-Info. Leibniz-Blätter and since 1991 as Bahlsen-Magazin . Since 1996 the magazine has only been published to employees.
