TV 4 is a private Polish television broadcaster. It was created through the merger of the stations Nasza TV and Polsat 2 and started broadcasting on April 1, 2000. The station belongs to the Polsat Group and in 2015 had a market share of around 3.27%. The Polsat 2 transmitter restarted later. In 2016, the station's market share was 3.34%
From 2000 to 2005 the station was freely receivable via the Hotbird satellite . On March 1, 2012, the television program was changed to the 16: 9 aspect ratio. In 2013, the TV4 and sister TV6 channels were taken over by Polsat for an amount of PLN 99 million . The station has also been receivable in Poland via UPC since 2015.

TV4 secured rights to broadcast Digimon Adventure in Poland in 2011. The station also broadcasts a knowledge program called Galileo, which has no connection with the German program of the same name .
