Polsat Sport is a Polish sports broadcaster . It began broadcasting on August 11, 2000.

history

Polsat Sport launched on August 11, 2000 in SD quality. The HD version was not received until October 12, 2007. Polsat Sport shows and showed a lot of sports, e.g. B. football , handball , wrestling , UEFA Champions League etc. The station broadcasts 24 hours a day. On October 15, 2005, the sister station Polsat Sport Extra began broadcasting.

On February 22nd, 2013 the PolsatSport.pl website was launched. The authors are important sports news, picture galleries, selected sports broadcasts and video material.

On September 2nd, 2016 the PolsatSport.pl app was founded. It can be downloaded from Android and IOS.

Polsat Sport Extra

On October 15, 2007, the Polsat Sport Extra broadcaster began broadcasting. On Polsat Sport Extra we can see the same thing that we can see on Polsat Sport, but we can also see other extras. It replaced the Ender Polsat Futbol.

Polsat Sport News

Polsat Sport News began broadcasting on May 30, 2011. Polsat Sport News was freely available until January 2, 2016. Polsat Sport News did not have an HD version until January 2, 2017. It wasn't until January 2, 2017 that Polsat Sport News became Super Polsat , which then replaced Polsat Sport News on free TV and became Polsat Sport News HD. Polsat Sport News focuses on sports news, similar to the German Sky Sport News , but Polsat Sport News broadcasts more sports than Sky Sport News in Germany.

Polsat Sport Fight

Polsat Sport Fight is a wrestling broadcaster . It started on August 1, 2016 and replaced the Fightbox channel in the Cyfrowy Polsat digital package . It also emerged as a competitor for Fightbox, Fight Club and Co.

Premium

On August 21, 2018, the channels Polsat Sport Premium 1 and 2, as well as the channels Polsat Sport Premium 3-6 PPV started. The UEFA Champions League live and replays are shown 24 hours a day on the first two main channels . Only the UEFA Champions League will be broadcast on the PPV channels when it is live. You could say that the PPV broadcasters are event channels, so to speak. The channels 1 to 2 transmit everything in Super HD quality, the PPV channels in HD. The two main channels replaced the channels from 2016: Polsat Sport 2 and Polsat Sport 3.
